I arrived at the venue way too early, which allowed me to go to the local Starbucks on Red Bug Road and Tuscawilla in order to get some much-needed caffeine in me.
By the time I pulled into the parking area, there were at least twenty or more show cars there, even though the event did not officially start an hour-plus later.
Actually, it was surprising to see so many folks there considering that the Daytona 500 takes place today.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the nice comments people shared with me. From former to current C3 owners. I always enjoy talking to anyone who wants to share their story and, at the same time, I am willing to share tips about things that I've done to my car and learned along the way.
After lunch at Rock & Brews, I came back home enjoying the beautiful spring-like weather. My Corvette ran beautifully and with temps in the low 70s, it was an amazing drive as well as a cruise.
